Employment Services

Finding Workable Solutions Inc. commenced Open Employment operations in 1995. The organisation has grown and today, our Employment Services have contracts with both the Commonwealth and State Governments to deliver quality employment services to persons with barriers to employment from all FWS outlets.

Under our Department of Employment and Workplace Relations contract, we administer two programs designed to gain and maintain jobs for our jobseekers.

We provide extensive preparation to ensure that with the appropriate supports our clients are job ready when placed into a job.

Our support extends to the employer. We provide on the job training and disability awareness training for all stakeholders.

Our aim is to not only gain employment for our jobseekers but to ensure the job is maintained for the long term.

With State government funding, FWS is currently conducting case management programs for youth and clients with a disability in several regions.
