As a not-for-profit organisation with Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) status FWS can offer attractive salary packaging to employees. Salary Packaging enables you to allocate a portion of your pre-tax income to pay for approved expenses (up to $16,050pa). This reduces the amount of tax payable and increases your take home pay.
Salary Packaging is available to permanent full time, part time, and fixed term employees.
FWS engages the Community Business Bureau (www.cbb.com.au) to manage its Salary Packaging arrangements.
