FWS INTRODUCES THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT JOB SERVICES AUSTRALIA PROGRAM.
FWS is a specialist employment service being a member of the Disability Employment Network (DEN) and as such is proud to announce that our organisation has been contracted by the Australian Government to deliver the Job Services Australia program as of the 1st. July 2009.
The Australian Government has introduced Job Services Australia to create a new approach to employment services that will better meet the needs of job seekers and employers.
The job seeker will receive a personal and a tailored service that is better targeted to the job seekers’ needs and more access to training opportunities and work experience. FWS will provide and connect the job seeker with a wide range of government initiatives that will give the job seeker the skills and training to meet employer and industry needs.
The Job Services Australia program will also provide a free service to help employers find the right staff. Assistance to employers can include providing employees who are trained and skilled in your particular industry and recruitment advice; employer incentives and employer wage subsidies.
