The McLaren Vale outlet opened on 3rd July 2006 offering an Open Employment Service as part of the Disability Employment Program. Our outlet in McLaren Vale services a large area from O’Halloran Hill, our most northern reach, to Sellicks Beach in the south including the Vales and Willunga region.

We offer a very mobile service with experienced staff working together with disadvantaged people to help them achieve their employment goals.

At FWS we are very “grass roots” in helping those with barriers gain access to employment and support networks.

Job seekers are assisted by a team of staff including:

• Regional Manager is experienced in assessing and designing packages of support and assisting disadvantaged people into employment
• Employment Coordinators experienced in marketing our job seekers to employers
• Employment Coordinators that assist job seekers with on the job training and job support
