The Victor Harbor Employment Services assists job seekers across the entire Fleurieu Peninsula. Service staff are very mobile, supporting job seekers from Goolwa in the south to McLaren Vale in the north and Cape Jervis in the Fleurieu's western corner. Staff are experienced in working with job seekers from 15 to 55 years of age; job seekers with any type of disability can participate in our program.

Job seekers are assisted by a team of staff including:

• Employment Coordinators experienced in assessing and designing packages of support for assisting disadvantaged people into employment
• An pre-employment training coordinator specialising in the transition from school to work for disadvantaged students
• Job Search staff experienced in marketing our job seekers to employers · Job Support staff who assist job seekers with on the job training and support

At FWS Victor Harbor the businesses are:

• South Coast Firewood - a woodyard where the customer can pick up their own firewood or have it delivered to their home. Bagged wood is also available & delivered to local service stations or private homes
• Fleurieu Lawn and Gardening Service - provides a lawn and garden service with business contracts in the Victor Harbor township
• FWS Car Cleaning Service - our clients will clean your vehicle inside and out
• Confidential Document Shredding - a service providing shredding of confidential documents and non-confidential papers
